Shipping Policy – PRIME TITAM SUPPLY

1) Where we ship

  • We ship within the contiguous United States.

  • Fragrances and any alcohol-based items ship Ground only.

  • For fragrances, we do not ship to AK, HI, PR, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Gift baskets containing perishables may have routing limits and cannot ship to PO Boxes.

2) Order processing

  • Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Later orders ship the next business day.

  • Weekends and holidays are not business days.

  • Payment or address verification may add 1 to 2 business days.

3) Methods and timelines

  • Options and rates appear at checkout, calculated by weight, dimensions, and ZIP code.

  • Economy: 3 to 7 business days estimated.

  • Expedited: 1 to 3 business days estimated.

  • Fragrances ship Ground only.

  • Perishables ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend holds.

4) Rates and free shipping

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

  • Corporate orders and multi-address shipments may require a custom quote.

5) Tracking and delivery

  • You will receive a tracking email once the order leaves our facility.

  • Please ensure the address is correct. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.

  • If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the carrier may try again or hold for pickup.

6) Returned or undeliverable parcels

  • Incorrect addresses, refusals, or undeliverable shipments may be returned to sender.

  • Reshipment requires a new shipping charge. Original shipping is non-refundable.

7) Weather, peak periods, and holidays

  • Severe weather and seasonal peaks can cause delays. Posted dates are estimates.

8) Perishables and seasonal items (gift baskets)

  • We may use insulated packaging and ice packs when needed. Warm-weather surcharges may apply.

  • Substitutions: if a component is unavailable or out of season (for example, fresh fruit), we may substitute without prior notice with an item of equal or greater quality, keeping the theme and total value of the gift.

9) Hazardous or liquid contents (fragrances)

  • Classified for limited-quantity shipping. Ground service only.

  • No air-expedited options and no delivery to AK, HI, PR, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO.

10) Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at primetitam@gmail.com with photos and the order number.

  • We will file a carrier claim. Once confirmed, we will reship or refund as appropriate.
