Where our products come from
Prime Titan is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by the brands whose products we sell. Our products are supplied by third-party distributors and fulfillment partners:
- Fragrances are supplied by U.S.-based fragrance distributors and ship from the United States. Some fragrances are offered as testers or unboxed items; this is always stated in the product title.
- Gift baskets are prepared and shipped by a U.S. gift-basket fulfillment partner.
- Many jewelry, electronics, pet, beauty, home, and automotive products are fulfilled by international suppliers and ship from China.
How orders are fulfilled
Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers' fulfillment centers, so an order with items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages. Processing times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Tracking details are sent by email as soon as they become available.
