Welcome to Prime Titan.

The terms “Prime Titan,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of primetitam.com. Prime Titan operates this online store and website, including its content, products, features, tools, and related services.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, describe the rights and responsibilities that apply when you visit our website, create an account, place an order, or otherwise use our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and customer accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when creating an account, placing an order, submitting payment, or communicating with us.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

Products purchased through Prime Titan are intended for lawful personal or household use. Commercial resale or export without prior written authorization is prohibited.

2. Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, ingredients, quantities, prices, and availability.

Product colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, packaging revisions, manufacturing batches, or supplier updates.

Some product information and images are provided by manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment suppliers. We may correct inaccurate or incomplete information when identified.

Products and quantities may be changed, limited, or discontinued without prior notice.

Gift baskets and perishable products

If a gift-basket component is unavailable, discontinued, or out of season, it may be replaced with an item of equal or greater quality and value while maintaining the general theme of the gift.

Substitutions may change ingredients or allergen information. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering.

Prime Titan does not sell alcoholic beverages.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed, required verification is completed, and Prime Titan or the applicable fulfillment supplier confirms availability.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Product unavailability.

• Pricing or description errors.

• Payment or address verification problems.

• Destination or carrier restrictions.

• Suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

• Violation of these Terms or another published policy.

If payment has already been completed for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Review the products, quantities, delivery address, and contact information carefully before submitting an order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been sent to a supplier or carrier.

4. Prices, taxes, and payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed during checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required charges are calculated and disclosed before the order is completed.

Prime Titan currently ships only within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international customer shipping.

The payment methods currently available are displayed securely during checkout. PayPal is currently available.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

• The payment information is accurate.

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

• You authorize the applicable charge for the order.

• You are responsible for the disclosed purchase price, taxes, and shipping charges.

Promotions and coupons may have separate conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Fulfillment, shipping, and delivery

Prime Titan uses independent suppliers and fulfillment providers located in the United States, China, and other countries.

Products may be shipped directly from a supplier to the customer. An order containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within up to three business days after payment and delivery information have been verified.

Weekends and federal holidays are not business days. Payment verification, address verification, supplier availability, order volume, weather, and carrier disruptions may cause additional time.

Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Fragrances and other alcohol-based or restricted products are shipped by Ground service only and cannot be delivered outside the contiguous United States, to PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.

Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders over US$350. Final eligibility, exclusions, available services, and charges are displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes may not be possible after processing begins.

Risk of loss and responsibility for delivery are determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

All returns require prior approval. Contact primetitam@gmail.com before sending any product.

The approved return address depends on the product and supplier. Some products may need to be returned directly to a designated supplier facility in China or another location.

Do not send a return to the address on the original package, our business address, a manufacturer, or a supplier unless Prime Titan provides that address in written return instructions.

For returns based on personal preference, ordering the wrong product, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping. This may include international shipping costs when the approved return facility is located in China.

For a confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, Prime Titan will provide an approved return method or another resolution at no additional cost to the customer.

Opened or used fragrances, cosmetics, skincare, beauty, hygiene, personal-care products, perishable foods, customized products, gift cards, and products marked final sale may not be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

7. Products displayed through Google

Prime Titan products may appear through Google Shopping, Google Search, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, or other Google services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information displayed through Google consistent with the information on our website.

Current product availability, price, taxes, shipping charges, payment options, and order conditions are displayed on primetitam.com before purchase.

If you notice a material difference between a Google listing and our website, do not complete the purchase until the information has been reviewed.

Google is not the seller, payment processor, fulfillment provider, or party responsible for Prime Titan orders, delivery, returns, refunds, or customer support.

8. Intellectual property

The website, branding, layout, text, graphics, logos, videos, and original content are owned by Prime Titan or used with permission from licensors, manufacturers, suppliers, Shopify, or other rights holders.

Products, trademarks, logos, images, and brand names belonging to manufacturers or suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website only for lawful personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without written authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Shopify’s name, logo, services, and related marks belong to Shopify. Google’s names, logos, services, and related marks belong to Google.

9. Third-party tools and links

The website may provide access to tools, payment services, applications, social-media features, or websites operated by third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Prime Titan does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Prime Titan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the services to you.

However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Prime Titan. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between customers and Prime Titan, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with Prime Titan.

11. Privacy

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes certain information concerning customer access to and use of the store.

12. Reviews, comments, and feedback

If you submit a review, comment, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

If a material error affects an order already submitted, we may contact the customer to confirm corrected information or cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.
