We deliver only within the contiguous United States.
- Fragrances and gift baskets (ship from the United States): processed within up to 3 business days, then delivered in 2 to 4 business days.
- Products from international suppliers (many jewelry, electronics, pet, beauty, home, and automotive items, which ship from China): processed within up to 5 business days, then delivered in 7 to 10 business days.

Where do you ship?
Only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Do you offer free shipping?

Are some fragrances testers or unboxed?
Yes. When a fragrance is a tester or is sold without its retail box, this is stated in the product title.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details are sent by email after the carrier accepts the shipment. Orders with items from different suppliers may have more than one tracking number.

What is the return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
